prove it!

We’re delighted to share what our students have said about both our instructors and hot yoga.

I first tried hot yoga to help with my frozen shoulders, and I truly can’t imagine my life without it now! Regular hot yoga has been essential therapy for my shoulders. It also helped strengthen and heal my broken wrist. My clothes fit better. I’m stronger. More flexible. And, aside from the physical benefits, I have more clarity—both mentally and emotionally!  Hot yoga definitely makes me happier and—according to my husband—so much easier to live with!  If I ever question whether I should go to yoga, the resounding answer from my family is—Yes! Hot yoga is one of the best things I’ve found, and my only regret is not discovering it sooner. Hot yoga forever!!

I love yoga because with each and every practice there is room for improvement .  And with each practice, my body has become more toned and sculpted and I have gained energy and mindfulness. After class, I come home refreshed and a better mom and wife to my family. It is addictive because it makes you feel so good!

As a massage therapist specializing in injury treatment, I incorporate movement and muscle strengthening to help correct dysfunction in muscles. I have recommended hot yoga to many of my clients. The hot yoga series addresses all muscles groups and the connective tissues that surround the muscles. Some of the results I have seen from clients who incorporate yoga with their massage work are:  increased range of motion in major joints, a decrease in back and neck pain, an increase in energy levels, skin tone and attitude and faster result in decreasing their pain. I have practiced hot yoga for 18 months and will say that it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for my body and overall well being.

As someone that suffers from extreme anxiety, HOT YOGA has changed my life!  When I’m taking a class all I can think about is breathing and concentrating on the poses. I leave feeling calm and grounded. It’s also the only form of exercise that doesn’t increase my appetite.  I love it!!!
